  16. When  I first bought Amos Pro, a couple of my original disks (straight
  17. from the box) were gubbed! I simply used QBack Tools and it sorted 'em
  18. out.  I  made  backups  and  installed  it  with  ease.  I did contact
  19. Europress  for  new  copies,  but  I  never  received  'em!  (Surprise
  20. Surprise).

  22. Anyway,  this isn't your problem, but I suspect you would do better if
  23. you  totally  removed  Amos  from your HD (and any assigns) and simply
  24. re-install from scratch.

  26. It  seems  Amos can't find some of your required files. Maybe you have
  27. some extensions missing or summat?

  29. Anyway, do the above and see how you go...

  31. Hope  this  has  been  of some help (probably a late reply, but I have
  32. been busy), so fogive me if you already have the problem sorted.

  36. BTW Does anyone on this list think it would be immoral to send someone
  37. new/working copies of some Amos Pro disks to replace gubbed ones? What
  38. with  Europress buggering off and leaving us to fend for ourselves `n'
  39. all?  I  know  it's still piracy, but surely if someone can prove they
  40. have  the  original disks, this shouldn't be a problem? Where else can
  41. we turn to for new copies.

  43. And  before  anyone  says anything, I do NOT need new disks, I got 'em
  44. from somewhere else :)
